| Wednesday 1st February 2012: Further details, athlete registration forms and information for team managers for the Lincs T&F League are now available. |
| Sunday 29th January 2012:
Venues and dates have now been agreed for this year's Lincs T&F
League meetings and the County T&F Championships. All
meetings will takes place in Grantham. Lincs League dates are
1st April, 29th April, 10th June and 2nd September. The County
Championships will take place on 12th/13th May. Further
information for these meetings will become available in time. A document outlining changes for the Lincs League this season has also been produced. |

| Thursday 5th January 2012: The timetable for the County XC Championships at London Road, Louth on Sunday 8th January is now online. Due to other commitments, the Cross Country League presentations will not take place at the County Championships on Sunday. |

| Thursday 8th December 2011: The County Sportshall U13/U15 Trials will take place in Grantham on Saturday 14th January 2012. There will be a team Sportshall practice session at Grantham on Sunday 29th January 2012. The regional Sportshall Championships will take place at Grantham on Sunday 5th February 2012. For further information, see the entry forms for Under 13s and Under 15s. |
| Monday 5th December 2011: The
County Association desperately needs a Female Team Manager for the Cross Country teams (the Inter-Counties is to be held on Saturday 10th March 2012 in Birmingham).
Clive Holden will be managing the Male team so the new female manager will have a bit of help in terms of what is required. We also need a Combined Events Secretary as Joyce Bundy has retired from this post - she is willing to pass on all her knowledge to a replacement and their championships is not until 12th and 13th May next year. This is run in conjunction with the Lincolnshire Schools so would suit someone working in education! Both of these positions are required to be filled asap - they will also then be invited to each committee meeting. | Saturday 26th November 2011: The Lincolnshire County XC Championships will take place on Sunday 8th January 2012 at London Road, Louth. The Rules for Entry and Entry Form are now available. Entries should be made via you club. |

| Monday 29th August 2011: A reminder to all coaches and athletes that the 1500m races scheduled at the 3rd Lincs League next Sunday will be changed to 1 mile races. |
| Wednesday 24th August 2011: The 3rd Lincolnshire T&F League Match at Grantham on Sunday 4th September will include a combined events element - U13 Boys and Girls Triathlon Championships. Entries accepted on the day. |
| Wednesday 24th August 2011: The 4th Lincolnshire T&F League Match at Grantham on Sunday 11th September will include the 5000m and 10000m County Championships events for certain age groups. The start of the meeting will be advanced to accommodate the 10000m track race. Entries in writing accompanied by £1.50 entry fee (cheques payable to Lincolnshire Athletics Association) to Mrs B. Clay, 7 Fenland Walk, Holbeach, Spalding, Lincs. PE12 7NS to arrive before 3rd September or entries with entry fees accepted on the day. Championship Events : U17 Mens 5000m; U20 Womens, Senior Womens and Vet Womens 5000m; U20 Mens, Senior Mens and Vet Mens 10000m. (Entries for any of these events submitted for the T&F County Champs in May will be carried forward). |
| Wednesday 1st June 2011: Lincolnshire Athletic Association currently does not have any team managers to select and manage teams of athletes to represent the county at Inter-County Track and Field Competitions. There are forthcoming events in July and September for which the County urgently needs volunteers to run a male and a female team. If we have no team managers, we won't be entering / sending any athletes. Please see the urgent appeal letter for volunteers from the County Secretary. |

| Wednesday 20th April 2011: Pole Vault for U15 Girls and U15 Boys has been added to the list of events for the Lincolnshire Track & Field Championships on 14th/15th May. Please note that entries close on Wednesday 27th April. |

| Wednesday 16th February 2011: The Lincolnshire squad for the Inter-Counties XC at Cofton Park in Birmingham on 5th March has been announced. Selected athletes will be receiving letters from County team managers via their clubs. If any selected athlete is unable to attend in Birmingham, they should contact the team managers as soon as possible to allow reserves to be offered the chance to compete. |
| Thursday 10th February 2011: The 2011 Lincolnshire Track and Field Championships will take place in Grantham on 14th/15th May 2011. Members of UKA affiliated athletics clubs should enter via their club. A form is available for clubs to use. Other individuals should use this form to enter. A list of events and provisional timetable are also available. |
| Wednesday 9th February 2011: Mary Johnson has produced an information sheet and entry form for a Sportshall Team Pairs competition to be held at Meres Leisure Centre in Grantham on Sunday 13th March. |
| Sunday 6th February 2011: Dates for this season's Lincs Track & Field League meetings have now been agreed. Meeting 1 will see a long-awaited return to Yarborough, Lincoln on 10th April and meeting 2 is also at Lincoln on 17th April. Meeting 3 will be at Grantham on 4th September and meeting 4 is also at Grantham on 11th September. Further information, including event lists and timetables will be made available as soon as they have been prepared. |

Chris Boneham has confirmed that the meeting to discuss the up coming
Lincs Track and Field league is on the 24th January at Carres Grammar
School in Sleaford from 7pm to 9pm. As per last year, your club must be represented at this meeting to guarantee an invitation to compete in the 2011 league. Thank you to those of you who replied to the request for thoughts on the running of the league, all of which will be put to the county executive committee this evening. If your club's contact for the league has changed, then please email Chris or ask the new contact to email him as he would like to update his list of contacts for the 2011 league at the meeting on the 24th. |
