| Saturday 18th December 2004: The venue for the fourth and final Lincs League Cross Country meeting will be the forest off Kirkby Lane, Woodhall Spa. The meeting will take place on 9th January 2005. There is a desperate shortage of marshalls for this meeting. Could anybody who can help please contact Ted Butcher on 01778 345062. |
| Thursday 16th December 2004: Venue details and a timetable are now available for the third Lincs League Cross Country meeting which will be held at RAF Cranwell on 19th Deccember. |
| Wednesday 15th December 2004: Results for the second Lincs League Cross Country meeting, held at Hubbards Hills in Louth, are now available. |
| Saturday 20th November 2004: Venue details and a timetable are now available for the second Lincs League Cross Country meeting which will be held at Hubbards Hills in Louth. |
| Wednesday 17th November 2004: Congratulations to Lincoln Wellington's Blue Haywood, who has been ranked 5th in the 2004 UK U15 Girls 3000m rankings. |
| Tuesday 9th November 2004: Simon Kimpton has been appointed Secretary of Lincoln Wellington AC. The list of club secretaries has been updated to reflect this. |
| Sunday 7th November 2004: Congratulations to Grantham's Vikki Hubbard of Grantham AC, still only 15, who is now ranked UK number one for the U17 Women High Jump! She is also ranked 4th in the Heptathlon and 10th in the Long Jump. Also Becky Hall, 16, has made this year's UK ranking list - 10th at Shot Put. |
| Friday 5th November 2004: Congratulations to Lincoln Wellington's Lydia Chamberlin, ranked 11th equal U17 woman in the UK Long Jump rankings and 14th in the Heptathlon rankings for 2004. |
| Sunday 31st October 2004: Congratulations to Lincoln Wellington's Rachael Nathan, ranked number 2 in the junior women's steeplechase for 2004 and 9th in the 3000 metres. Also to Amy Orrow, ranked 11 in the junior women's discus. |
| Saturday 9th October 2004: Venue details and a timetable are now available for the first Lincs League Cross Country meeting. |
| Sunday 26th September 2004: The Louth Open XC that was due to take place on 3rd October has been moved to 7th November. This is because of a problem with moving the animals from the fields for the next few weeks. Please pass this information on to anyone who may be affected. |
| Sunday 26th September 2004: The list of club secretaries has been updated to reflect the demise of Nettleham RC and a new contact address for Lincoln Gas Runners. |
| Wednesday 22nd September 2004:
Vikki Hubbard (Grantham AC) has gained another International call-up in December by coming 2nd in last weekend's English Schools' Combined Events Championship Heptathlon, gaining two new PBs in the process: 200m 26.4s and 80mH 12.1s. Also representing the club were Rebecca Hall (12th), Issy Retburg (33rd) and, in the Pentathlon, Siobhan Croft (26th). The Grantham club website has been updated to include a recent photo of Vikki in action. |
| Wednesday 8th September 2004: The Lincolnshire County Road Relays that were due to have taken place in Boston on Sunday 12th September have been cancelled due to the low number of entries. |

| Monday 19th July 2004: Congratulations to Grantham AC's Vikki Hubbard, who became the new English Schools U17 Lady High Jump Champion, easily clearing a new personal-best height of 1.77m at the first attempt. |

| Wednesday 5th May 2004: The timetable for the Lincolnshire County T&F Championships has now been finalised. |
